Snowmobile Rider Training

It is the law in New Brunswick that anyone under the age of 16 who is riding a snowmobile must be in possession of a certificate proving that they have successfully passed a government approved snowmobile training course. It is also law that all riders under the age of 16 be supervised by an adult over the age of 19 who has also had safety training. All riders and all supervisors must carry their training certificate with them at all times.
