Trail Conditions

The Barren shelter now has wood, thanks to Gary and Daniel for delivering and piling it, they also dropped off a jug of fire starter bricks, please only use one brick to start your fire, if you’re one of the clowns that likes to use the entire jug at once the club would prefer that you go elsewhere to start fires. Yesterday Kendall groomed 52 North to the Headpond, lots of snow to wade through and reports are it turned out great, but it will take a few passes to get the snow to set up nice and hard. Also yesterday Kyle groomed 512, 515, 523, 522, 521 so most of the Douglastown trails, we have a washout on 520 to Rae’s that needs to be fixed so we will get this in the next few days. We have a delay on the Southside as we broke a hydraulic fitting when transporting the 2001 BR180 on Saturday and we didn’t notice anything until yesterday when Alan went to leave, of course it’s a special fitting and we won’t have it until tomorrow, so that’s when we will get a start on those trails. Get Out and Enjoy Your Trails.
