January 28th, 2019 -4º Yesterday Gary fixed the hitch on the Old BR180 and Kendall used it to groom the Newcastle trails, he didn’t go past Knights Inn as there is a bad water hole in their yard. The rest of the trail was in relatively good shape. We had a piston break on the same drag as he was crossing Highway 425, we patched it up in jig time and he finished his run. Last night Connor groomed 515 to the Bartibog River and picked up 512 and 521 but he only went to the McKinnon Road as the brook at Carroll Street was flooded and deep, we will wait a few days for things to freeze up.
